NDIS and Participants Rights

AMPARO has produced information on the rights of NDIS participants to be safe, respected and to receive good quality supports and services, as well as how to complain to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission if their rights are not being respected.

This information also explains what NDIS participants can do if they are unhappy about a decision by the NDIA and lists the NDIS Appeals agencies and Advocacy agencies in Queensland that may help.
